Description

The Strand a regency 12 room town house available in kit-form and or readymade.

This stunning grand design large dolls house includes the floor stand supporting the basement and the additional rooms above.

The Strand’s design others a variety of rooms sizes within and although advertised as 12 rooms this large dolls house can acquire 14 rooms with ease.  Ceiling heights range from 8 1/4″ to 12″, this giving a real perspective of 8 to 12 feet.  Rooms range from 7″ to 14″wide and 15″ deep.  Internal room dividers separate the rooms to the stair wells which are pre-cut for internal doors – (not supplied but sold separately).

Externally all windows and fixtures are supplied as photographed, all windows are fixed and are non-opening.  All windows are provided and with clever engineering and manufacturing windows are now fitted elegantly within the front of the house.
