This unique gothic house and shop is from our gothic range and smaller than its sister dolls house The Draycott Gothic Manor.
Internally central stairs provide access to all floors, stair treads and banisters supplied. Main living quarters are located to the left of the dolls house whilst the right is occupied by the shop. Internal room dividers separate the rooms to the stair wells which are pre-cut for internal doors – (not supplied but sold separately).
Externally the Draycott Gothic House and Shop are clearly separated by purpose with a main house door enclosed by a porch with the shop facia protruding further. All windows are engineered to fit in the back of the dolls house fronts with all stone work supplied and cut.
