This 36″/3ft/900mm wide dolls house is our best selling dolls house at Dolls House Direct.
Internally you will find central stairs providing access to all 3 floors and 7 rooms.
15 Georgian windows provide natural light to each of the 7 rooms, with an additional 3 dormer windows in the attic.
All internal walls are pre-cut for internal doors (sold separately).

What a fab kit for my first house. I purchased the kit because I wanted a long term project, and putting it together myself gives me the options of additional prep steps prior to decorating.
I settled on the Dalton as not only is it a good size to start with it look fairly easy to add to, for example a basement, a possible conservatory.
I’ve only done a dry run of putting it together with tape and although the instructions are clear the parts are all marked and very easy to understand/ assemble
I would recommend both DHD and this kit for anyone wanting a buildable 12th scale house
